I began studying therapies 16 years ago as a result of my own life challenges and after turning my life around in reaching out for the support I now offer. I came to understand that although we live in such progressive times we are still emotional, thinking and social beings with our individual goals and desires, although more and more we seem to live in a world that can sometimes feel it bypasses the needs of what makes the human soul happy, safe and motivated. I understand how difficult it can be to reach out and take that first step, but also know that once you do, a journey of healing, self-discovery and increased happiness can be found.
